"The artworks are the part of Slovak Martial Arts series that represents some of those movements I dances in Slovak folklore, some originated in Central Asia, southern Russia and the Middle East and their original meaning, long before became folklore, was essentially combat training and movement development (those youth dynamic dances from eastern Slovakia - Zemplín, called čapáš). There are some movements and great youth dynamic dances from central-east Slovakia - Podpoľanie. The artworks represent the values of tradition and signs of mastery, competitiveness, male strength, deftness." - P. L.
